Semi-automatic double clipper used in small and large food processing plants. Suitable for all types of casings with a caliber of 30 - 100 mm, as well as for polyamide casings of large diameter. The semi-automatic clipper is mechanically connected to the syringe (minced meat pump), and with the help of an electrical connection controls the operation of the syringe - transmitting a signal to supply the next portion of minced meat.
